Inner Alchemy Women's Retreat

This women’s retreat is created to be a sanctuary for reflection, expression, and renewal. It’s a pause from the noise,  a place to be held in honest presence, to tend to what’s shifting beneath the surface, and to move through the in-between with intention and care.

The experience unfolds with tea blending and opening ceremony, followed by Soul Speak - a blend of yoga, journaling, and intuitive movement that invites emotional release and embodied truth. You’ll move through contrast therapy with sauna and cold plunge, share a beautifully curated homemade meal, and end the evening in Reiki and sound healing for integration and restoration. Every element is meant to invite grounding, release, and inner listening,  a gentle return to your own rhythm.

Inner Alchemy is an offering for the woman in transition, for the one who senses change stirring and wants to meet it with presence rather than resistance, to honor what’s transforming in the space between.
